Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026
HeroMount Solutions is a veteran-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit in San Antonio, Texas. This page explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to services@heromount.org.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use a form on this site (Get in Touch, the Swing Fore a Cause wait list, or Mission Dispatch), we receive what you type: typically your name, email address, phone number, company, message, and availability.
- Sponsorship payments. Hole sponsorships are paid through Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details on its own secure pages; we never see your full card number. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to that step.
- How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and buttons people use. It sets cookies and records general information such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. It does not tell us who you are.
- Server records. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the time of each visit, to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
- To reply to you and coordinate partnerships, sponsorships, and volunteer work.
- To send sponsorship confirmations, written acknowledgments, and tax receipts.
- To send Mission Dispatch updates if you signed up for them. Every email includes a way to stop them.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run this site and our work: Google (form submissions are stored in Google Sheets, email, and analytics), Stripe (payments), and our hosting provider. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Your choices
- To stop Mission Dispatch emails, use the link in any email or write to us.
- To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email services@heromount.org.
Photos and videos
The photos and videos on this site show real missions and events and are used with permission. If you appear in one and would like it removed, email us.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
